We aim to answer within a few days. Depending on the content of the message or question (if difficult, research or lookup is required, busy days at home for the volunteers), sometimes it can take somewhat longer.

As native Dutch languaged website, we don't guarantee answers in perfect English. Messages in Dutch, English, Saxon, German and Danish are supported due to crew members native in these languages. Other languages (like French) are not. Messages with a serious hostile or threatening content towards us as volunteers running this platform can be handed over to the police.
